* We currently delivery to the Lothians, Fife, Lanarkshire, Glasgow, Central, and Renfrewshire only at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Once dispatched, our couriers aim to deliver in up to 5 - 7 working days but please don't book your fitters until the items have been checked and you are happy.
Please Note:
Pallet trucks cannot move on grass, gravel, or sand since they need a hard-standing surface. The pallets or crates will be delivered to the nearest hard standing ground to the property, which is often the kerbside.
If there are any delivery restriction, please let us know at checkouts in the box for Delivery Instructions. If there are hazards, obstructions, uneven ground (gravel, sand, grass) this may necessitate the delivery being made to the nearest practical location for the delivery vehicle. We strongly suggest taking caution when unpacking to avoid damages and injury. Please assess the weight of the panels and use proper manual handling techniques as they can be heavy. Safety first!
Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt pf the goods and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Delivery charges
Original delivery charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer - unless the product is damaged during transit or is faulty. Wet Wall Panels takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. In the event that you cannot arrange to return your order, we can collect it for a fee which will be deducted from your refund. Fees are listed below:
Mainland Scotland: £19.95
Multipanel & Fibo Wall Panel Orders: £19.95 + 20% Restocking Fee
Package Deals
Package Deals must be returned in full as no part-return will be accepted. Please note, there is a restocking fee of 20% to return our package deals - this fee does not include any delivery and collection costs incurred. All monies will be deducted from your refund amount. This is non-negotiable.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for adhesive or silicone sealant. This is due to the shelf life of the products, as well as not knowing storage conditions they had been stored under. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, samples or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
